Freeze-Dried Veg Goodness

We grow vegetables throughout Scotland and our home-grown legumes were the first thing that we really mastered in the freeze-dryer.

Delighted with the results we got from our peas and broad beans, we now supply a variety of products including broccoli, carrots, peppers, green beans and many more. To allow us to diversify our offering, we have started sourcing vegetables from other selected partner, and also have the capacity to freeze-dry for other producers.
